Terms and Conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter
and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry is
automatic on subscription to the Beautiful Woman Mailing List
up until 1st June 2007. The Promoter is Dirty Weekend International
Pty Ltd, PO Box 3173 Asquith NSW 2077 ABN: 35 116 296 925.
2. The winning entry will be the first six entrants drawn
at the offices of Dirty Weekend International Pty Ltd, Hornsby
NSW 2077 on 1st June, 2007 at 11am EST.
3. The judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition
will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence
will be entered into.
4. Total prize value as at 23/03/07 is $77.70. The prize is
6 x Hey Babe Gift Packs valued at $12.95 each.
5. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable
for cash or other goods and services. The Promoter shall not
be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to direct or consequential loss)
or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection
with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law.
6. The prize winners will be notified by mail and electronic
mail and will be published on www.beautifulwoman.com.au.
