Reading is good for the soul, or, a good book each day keeps the psychiatrist away!

Finding time to read a good book, is for most of us, a luxury. In amongst the million other things we have to fit into our lives, along with the ease of access to information online, relaxing and reading is usually reserved for holidays or when the kids are away.
