blazed the Australian native foods trail for the
past 20 years. Initally, trying to meet the requests
of large overseas act's for truly Australian Food
while touring, they discovered that Native Australian
ingredients had become commercially available
and dived in with great enthusiasm.
From giving lemon myrtle tea to singers such
as Tina Turner, and Janet Jackson as a 'throat
tonic' they graduated to banquets with an array
of unique flavours for over 200 band and crew
on the Billy Joel and Elton John Tour of Australia
in 1998. they left our shores having experienced,
and greatly enjoyed, true Aussie cuisine flavoured
with our native ingredients.
