Perfume By Nature
Our Perfumes are different.
Perfume by Nature is a private Perfume house, based on the
sunny Central Coast of Australia, two hours outside of Sydney.
The fresh sea air, clean beaches and surrounding national
Forests provide a never ending inspiration, as well as a number
of the herbs that go into our potions. Our house Perfumer,
Ambrosia, has spent a lifetime researching the origins and
practice of perfumery, along with traditional European herb
use and modern Aromatherapy. Her approach to Perfumery provides
a unique blend of the aromatic arts and Healing, creating
Perfumes that work on many different levels to heal and enchant
mind body and soul....
Our perfumes are a marriage of ancient perfumery traditions
with modern Aromatherapy, beautiful scents that are designed
to work with your body and soul. Being made from natural ingredients,
they are rather different from the scents you may be used
to from the department stores.
They are adventures into Nature, olfactory fairy tales that
take you back to the mysteries of the Orient, modern stories
about freshness and happiness and many things more. Scents
that remind you of the first time you ran across a meadow
as a child, the fresh scent of crushed grass and sun warmed
flowers around you....the deep, mysterious scent of an autumn
forest, earth beneath your feet, the magical scent of tree
sap as you peeled back the bark of an old tree...the warm
comforting spices of a cake cooking in the kitchen with coffee
brewing on the stove....
The perfumes come in two forms:
-/eau de parfum/ in a pure unadulterated ethanol (which does
not contain the additional chemicals usually found in perfumers
alcohol)
-and a more concentrated /perfume oil/ in a special distilled
odourless jojoba oil for those that want a more intense perfume
experience
